The building owner sought to enhance the interior and maximize rentable square footage by adding a dedicated tenant space entry directly from the first-floor lobby. We transformed the lobby with a modern design, incorporating energy-efficient LED lighting, contemporary finishes, and exposed steel structural elements to create a striking, sophisticated aesthetic. The building’s exterior also required attention. We conducted a design study to select a fresh stucco color that complemented the existing facade materials, updating the exterior to improve curb appeal and align with a modern, cohesive look.
