The building owner commissioned a capital improvement project to reimagine the lobby and upgrade standard interior finishes, modernizing the property and enhancing its aesthetic appeal, functionality, and marketability.
The scope included transforming the lobby into a welcoming, contemporary space with optimized flow, premium materials, and integrated technology, while replacing outdated finishes in common areas with durable, eco-friendly options like LED lighting and low-VOC materials. Brick facing was incorporated on the interior lobby walls to emulate the building’s exterior facade, creating a seamless visual connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing the lobby’s warmth and sophistication. The redesign ensured ADA compliance, incorporated the building’s unique branding through custom signage elements, and improved accessibility and tenant satisfaction.
