Lonza, a leading pharmaceutical company, established its new U.S. headquarters in Morristown, New Jersey. We worked closely with Lonza to design an interior space tailored to their unique requirements, fostering a dynamic and appealing workplace for a new generation of employees. The design incorporates flexible "hoteling" workstations, allowing employees to select their preferred work environment daily, enhancing adaptability and collaboration. Lonza’s brand identity is seamlessly integrated through strategic branding walls and carefully curated interior finishes. In collaboration with Danker, we selected ergonomic furniture to promote employee wellness while harmonizing with the chosen finish palette, creating a cohesive and inspiring workspace.
