New Medical Building Entry

ONYX sought to market a portion of their building for medical use, creating a dedicated entry for Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH). The redesigned building entry features a new elevator shaft, a modern canopy, and an inviting exterior landscape. The design process explored various concepts, including a branded glass elevator shaft, but a more cost-effective solution was chosen to align with the existing facade material. The welcoming patient entry incorporates a native plant garden, sculptural seating elements, and a permeable wellness path encircling the building’s exterior, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.
