Lipton Teas & Infusions

In collaboration with BFI, SJP, and CBRE, we designed a modern office for Lipton in Hoboken, NJ, through a meticulous interior design process that began with analyzing Lipton’s brand identity to create a vibrant, functional workspace reflecting its heritage of freshness and innovation. We developed mood boards and 3D renderings to integrate Lipton’s iconic yellow and green palette, custom graphics, and branding elements, while prioritizing flexible workstations, ergonomic furniture, and collaborative zones to enhance productivity. Biophilic elements like indoor plants and natural wood finishes, paired with maximized natural light, fostered a calming, inspiring atmosphere. Through iterative client feedback and on-site walkthroughs, we refined the spatial flow and material durability, delivering a cohesive, employee-centric space that boosts operational efficiency, strengthens brand presence, and integrates into Hoboken’s vibrant community, earning high client satisfaction.
